The handrail-frame hangers 7 are interposed among the supports 61, 61 of the adjacent handrail frames 6, 6, and the handrail is mounted by coupling each handrail frame 6, 6 by bolts 92 penetrated to these supports 61, 61 and handrail-frame hangers 7 while the handrail frames 6, 6 are set up and fixed to the beam material 41.
