To provide a handrail for a toilet which improves stability in motion of a user turning around in front of a toilet bowl.
The handrail provided at a sitting-type toilet bowl includes a handrail body disposed above at least one side of the sitting-type toilet bowl, wherein the handrail body has a horizontal portion provided substantially parallel to the seat surface of the sitting-type toilet bowl, a connection portion provided at the front end of the horizontal portion so that the front end may be directed upward, and a repositioning grip portion provided at the front end, and the repositioning grip portion is located forward from the front end of the toilet bowl, and the upper surface of the repositioning grip portion has a flat or upward convexedly curved surface.
