Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a water drop from entering a housing and easily handle a device by fitting a filter to the housing, and providing a channel means for connecting a blower for drawing air into the housing and the filter to an inlet opening. CONSTITUTION: A commercial air filter 2 having an inlet 2b at the bottom and an outlet 2a at the top is removably installed on an arm 31 of a housing 3 of a pespiration protection device 1. A blower is provided adjacent to a blower shell 3m of the housing 3, and a battery pack 6 is disposed on a main body 3b to supply power for a motor 5a. The air passes through a space 8a to reach an inlet opening 3e from both sides of the filter. The air flowing through the blower 5 is increased in pressure to flow in a channel 4 through a channel 5b, pass through the inside of the filter 2 from the inlet 2b and flow through the outlet 2a. Thus, the inlet opening is covered with a path adjacent to the filter to prevent entering of water drop or the like.
