In this device, plural receiving stands 3 are fixed to a chain 2 so that these are pulled and rotated by a driving device M. A sensor detects that one of the receiving stands 3 reaches a stopping position to intermittently stop the chain driving device M. Holding members 4 are rotatably arranged on the receiving stands 3 so that plural hanger ears H are held on the rotational circumference. A hand 5 is arranged in the vicinity of the stopping position, and the hanger ears H are successively received from the holding members 4 on the stopped receiving stands 3 to supply these to a required device. The individual hanger ears H on the holding members 4 stopped at the stopping position are opposed to the hand 5 by a positioning member 6 and a sending member 7 to apply rotational resistance. After the hand 5 receives the hanger ears H, the holding members 4 are rotated by a prescribed angle against rotational resistance of the positioning member 6 by the sending member 7 so that new hanger ears H are successively faced to the hand 5.
