To provide a hanging type bag which can be used for various kinds of contents, and by which the content can be hygienically and easily fed to a patient or the like without being transferred to a dedicated container especially when the content is an enternal nutrient or the like, and the feeding of drinking water or the like can be performed in the same manner using the bag after the usage.

This hanging type bag 100 is formed under a configuration wherein gusset sections 4 and 5 are provided on the top and the bottom, and both side sections are heat-bonded with side sealing sections 7, 7. Then, on one of pleat-form sections on the front and the rear of the upper gusset section 4, a hanging section 10 wherein a hanging hole 9 is provided is extended. On the other pleat-form section, an injection port 12 comprising a plastic molded body is bonded. At the same time, one of pleat-form sections of the lower gusset section 5 is constituted in such a manner that the internal side is heat-bonded with a V-shape sealing pattern having an obtuse angle, and an inverted trapezoidal lower protruding section 14 is extended on the other pleat-form section, and to the lower end, a discharge port 21 comprising a plastic molded body is bonded.
