To solve a social problem that the sense of security cannot be reliably obtained for the traveling and braking particularly in a rainy condition or a snowy or frozen condition, and many accidents can lead to a panic.
Fig. 1 shows a tire comprising a tire hard part 2 indicating a hard part formed in a tire soft part 1 indicating a soft part. In Fig. 2, the tire hard parts 2 indicating the hard part are combined in an intersecting manner, and firmly pressed by one tire part in an advancing direction, or firmly pressed by the other tire part in a braking condition irrespective of the rotation in the forward or reverse direction. By realizing the difference in the friction force between the hard and soft parts, the tire can firmly resist any slip in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction.
