PURPOSE: To simplify the extreme end of a rod and hence to improve the servicing performance by injecting fluid from a high pressure injecting portion of the extreme end of a rod mechanism to the peripheral foundation for drilling the foundation, while detecting the arrival status of the fluid by sensor mechanisms at the position apart therefrom by a predetermined distance.
CONSTITUTION: A rod drive mechanism 2, and sensor drive mechanisms 5a and 5b are operated, so that a rod mechanism 3 is rotated while injecting water from a water injecting nozzle 21, and sensor mechanisms 4a and 4b are rotated while injecting water from a water injecting nozzle 38. Subsequently, a rod drive mechanism 2 is operated to inject a solidifying agent 6 from a solidifying agent injecting nozzle 22, and the rod mechanism 3 is pulled up while being rotated, to thereby drill the peripheral foundation and inject the solidifying agent 6. In this case, the sensor drive mechanisms 5a and 5b are operated so as to set a sensor part 31 at the same vertical position as that of the solidifying agent injecting nozzle 22, thereby checking the detection status of the solidifying agent 6 and performing the desired controlling, as needed.
