Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accelerate the drying process in manufacturing and facilitate passing of a wire through the inside of a wall construction.
CONSTITUTION: A hollow hardened body 1 of lightweight gypsum is fitted with layers 2, 2 of paper nature on both surfaces of a gypsum layer 3, which is of dense or bubbled type. The gypsum layer 3 includes a cavity or cavities 4 consisting of drafty material 5. Each cavity 4 is continuous in the longitudinal direction and has a section in a circular, eliptical, square, rectangular, pentagonal, or hexagonal shape, wherein the inside diameter of the cavity ranges 10mm to 50mm. The drafty material is of paper quality or the like.
