PURPOSE: To prevent bending of steel pipe while cooling by means of making water pass through the inside of the pipe which is pressed down on the rest of skid for the purpose of preventing the pipe from moving by the wate sprayed at high pressure from inside-cooling and outside-cooling nozzles.
