A transformer (T1) is interposed in a circuit which connects an AC power source (Vac) with an apparatus (2) of capacitor input, and the transformer (T1) is equipped with a parallel resonance circuit (3) where a first winding (N1) and a second winding (N2) are connected in series and a first capacitor (C1) is connected in parallel with the first winding (N1) and the second winding (N2), and further a circuit which connects the AC power source (Vac) with the apparatus (2) of capacitor input through a rectifying circuit is equipped with a series resonance circuit (4) where a choke coil (L1) and a second capacitor (C2) are connected in series, in parallel with the apparatus (2) of capacitor input.
