Abstract:

To provide a mowing apparatus that has a simple structure and can be easily positioned.SOLUTION: Provided is a harvesting method in which are combined the following two steps: a swelling and softening step that can swell and soften the soil covering the crops buried in the ground; and an aiding step that can aid and support the crops from above by attaching a cord-like body to the crops. The crops are sequentially hoisted by attaching the cord-like bodies to the crops. The aiding step is performed after the swelling and softening step. The method further includes a pulling step that is performed after the aiding step to pull out the crops from the ground. A harvesting machine of the present invention is characterized in that a ring-shaped part, which can be attached to a crop, is provided at one end of the cord-like body. The relative distance between a supporting body that supports the cord-like body and conveying means that conveys the pulled crops is arranged so that the distance decreases as it goes downstream in the conveying direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
