Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting work of a hat frame device by improving the operability of a clamp mechanism for mounting a hat frame device to a longitudinal feed frame of an embroidery sewing device.
SOLUTION: A clamp mechanism 34 is provided with a connecting plate 60a fixed to a body frame 31; a clamp rod 62; a switching lever 63 for switching the body frame 31 between a connected state and a connection released state; a through hole 19a formed in a longitudinal feed frame; and an elongate hole part 19b extending to be continuous with the through hole 19a. Since the connecting plate 60a is provided with an engaging hole 60c through which a shank 62b of the clamp rod 62 passes in a relatively movable manner along the elongate hole part 19b, a collar part 62a is passed through the through hole 19a, and then only the clamp rod 62 and switching lever 63 are integrally put in relative movement to the longitudinal feed frame 19 and connecting plate 60a along the elongate hole part 19b, and the body frame 31 can be switched into the connected state by the switching lever 62.
