An upper limit setting means limiting the maximum swinging height of a hauling device 13 against the reaping part is equipped, wherein the upper limit setting means is set so that the hauling device 13 is prevented from interfering with the operating part 4 when swinging the hauling device 13 highest in a state of lifting the reaping part highest.
