The nozzle head 10a has: in its inside, a base body 30 provided with a part of a nozzle opening 19, and a first recess 31 including a first groove 32 extending to the nozzle opening 19; and a sheet 20 attached to the base body 30 such that their back surfaces are pasted to each other, the sheet 20 including a part deformable by an actuator 40 provided outside the sheet. The sheet 20 includes: in its inside, a part of the nozzle opening 19; and a second recess 21 including a second groove 22. A flow path 15 including a part extending from a pressure chamber 15b to the nozzle opening is formed of the first and second grooves 32 and 22.
