Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control the head position easily and safely with a simple constitution by engaging intersectionally between the 1st and 2nd rotary shafts to control the position of the 2nd rotary shaft in its axial direction with the revolution of a feed motor and to shift the head with the revolution of the 1st rotary shaft respectively. CONSTITUTION:When the trigger pulse for step feed of a head 3 is supplied to an input terminal 58, a current is supplied to a motor 9 in the polarity decided by a switch 51. A click gear 12 of a rotary shaft 13 is revolved with the drive of the motor 9, and a click arm 15 is turned as shown by an alternate long and short dush line. Thus a switch 18 conducts and therefore a transistor (TR) 53 is kept on. Meanwhile the motor 9 keepts its revolution. Then a hook pin 12a hooks again to a cut part 15b of the arm 15 with a revolution of the gear 12. At the same time, the switch 18 is turned off. Thus a TR53 is turned off to cut off the current to the motor 9. At the same time, both ends of the motor 9 are shorted. Thus the head 3 is fed accurately since a revolution of the gear 12 is equal to a track pitch shift of a head carriage 5.
