To provide a head holder with a built-in bone-conduction speaker improved so that the bone-conduction speaker can securely touch the head of a user without sound leakage, without restriction on the use such as when the user turns the body while sleeping, and regardless of the size, shape and weight of the head of the user.
A space 3 is formed in the direction of thickness of a device body 1 composed of a cushioning material 1a and a shell 1b with such a surface area that the head B of the user can be mounted, and the bone-conduction speaker 2 is built in the space 3. The space 3 is formed with the size such as to reach the rear surface of the shell 1b and such that the bone-conduction speaker 2 can be built in in the noncontact state with the cushioning material 1a and the shell 1b.
