SOLUTION: The monocular system video display unit 11 is supported by a frame 10 having five press-supporting parts such as first and second press- supporting parts 10Lu and 10Ll positioning and supporting at two upper and lower points of the back of a left side head part, the first and second press- supporting parts 10Ru and 10Rl positioning and supporting at two upper and lower points of the back of a right side head part and a front head press- supporting part 10F positioning and supporting at a front head part.
