PURPOSE: To secure a cold-and-hot water supplying header capable of shortening a piping extension distance and enhancing setting freedom for a setup spot.

CONSTITUTION: This header is provided with a header body 1 forming a hollow polygonal plate form, a main pipe end connection 3 installed in one of sides of this header body, and a branch pipe end connection 5 installed in more than two sides remaining in the header body, through which formation of this branch pipe end connection is made aright to a flat surface, while ramifications of a branch pipe 4 are made possible in the optional direction in centering on the header, and its shape is made into planeness.
