To provide a health apparatus which promotes the circulation of blood by turning a roller to stimulate finger tips stretching fingers and to ease pains or the like of the muscle and joints of a hand and fingers by massaging.

A roller 4a and a roller 4b each with a askew rugged surface thereof are arranged at one end between a top disc 1 and a lower disc 7 provided at a lower stage of the top disc 1 through a shaft 2a and a roller 4c and a roller 4d the same in shape as the rollers 4a and 4b are arranged sideways through a shaft 2b.
