To provide a health appliance suited for backache alleviation that can help easy twist of the lower back around the lumber spine in the posture of bending the lumber spine backward.SOLUTION: A plurality of lumbar part support members 11 rotating around a spindle 12 are provided along the spindle 12. The plurality of lumbar part support members 11 have bearing holes respectively, and are combined by inserting the spindle 12 in the bearing holes in the state that gaps are created between respective adjacent lumbar part support members 11 via spacers 13.
