At least one part of the cover body 3 is formed of a net body 9. The elastic boy 2 is formed into a plate and is provided with a frame like film body 6 covering the outer rim part 5 of the elastic body 2 along its surface, the net body 9 covers the flat part 7 of the elastic body 2 and its outer rim part is linked to the film body 6. A display 16 is attached onto the portion of the external surface of the elastic body 2 corresponding to the net body 9.
