To provide a health pad that furthers a blood circulation promotion action, improve recovery from fatigue, a poor blood circulation, stiff shoulders, lumbago, podalgia and dropsy, hypertension and the like.
The health pad 1 is made by filling an air permeable bag 2 with a composition containing at least pyroligneous acid, starch and radioactive ore powder and is designed to be pasted to a foot's sole or the like by an adhesive tape 3. The composition preferably contains 1 to 10% by mass of the pyroligneous acid and/or dried granules of the pyroligneous acid, 50 to 95% by mass of hygroscopic granules, and 1 to 10% by mass of radioactive ore granules. The hygroscopic granules are starch, and preferably contains incrustations of radium hot spring water, porous inorganic granules, or a polyhydric alcohol.
