The health pillow includes a base 20 having rounded corners in an upper long side, a recess 30 formed on the upper face of the base for placing the head of a user, a left installing stand 40 and a right installing stand 45 formed on both sides of the base for placing perfume or the like for improving sleeping environment, a left-side wall 50 and a right-side wall 55 formed for preventing the head from getting out of the pillow even when the user turns over in sleep, and a vertebrae cervicale support 60 and a vertebral column support 70 formed in the center of the base 20 so that the user sleeps in good posture.
