Abstract:

To provide a heat absorbing material effective as a thermal measure against a temperature rise caused by heat-generation of an electronic component of electronic equipment, and as a measure against the shortening of the life of a storage battery or the like, caused by the deterioration in the storage battery due to the temperature rise of the case (using a metal or resin material) of the battery by solar heat in the summer season or due to the temperature reduction of cold super cooling in the winter season.

The heat absorbing material is obtained by molding, together with a resin, a composite heat storage material obtained by injecting a heat storage material into capsules having micropores. The composite heat storage material obtained by injecting a heat storage material into the capsules having micropores composed of powdery silica, activated carbon or a wood powder is molded into a target shape by using a resin. The heat storage material is a paraffin type, a nitric acid type, an acetic acid type, a thiosulfate type or the like.
