Abstract:

PURPOSE: To melt a snow in winter with heat accumulated in summer season or the like by a method wherein the first heat exchanger is provided, the second heat exchanger is installed at a lower location than the first exchanger and a changing-over of the primary loop and the secondary loop is carried out under an operation of a valve.

CONSTITUTION: In summer season, the first heat exchanger 12 and the second heat exchanger 13 are communicated with the primary loop side and the working liquid in a gas discharging tank 17 is filled in the primary loop side, resulting in that the working liquid in the heat exchanger 12 is heated due to the fact that a road surface R is heated. The working liquid of which temperature is increased is flowed toward the heat exchanger 13 under an operation of a heat valve 24, and its heat is absorbed into the heat accumulative material around the heat exchanger and stored in it. The working liquid of which heat is deprived of is flowed to the heat exchanger 12 and heated and then a heat accumulation for the heat exchanger 13 is carried out. When a snow-fall season comes, valves V1, V2, V3 and V4 are closed and the working liquid in the heat exchanger 12 is fully removed into the liquid discharged tank 7, thereafter a valve 17a is closed. Then, valves V6 and V7 communicating with the secondary loop side are opened, sucking with vacuum through a valve 16 valves V5 and V8 are opened. With such as arrangement, as the working liquid is heated by heat stored in the heat exchanger 13, the liquid is moved into the heat exchange 12 and then the accumulated snow at the road surface R is melted.
