To suppress as much as possible the occurrence of such a mistake as a wrong kind of recording medium M being set in a setting section 66 by an operator in a heat anchoring apparatus which is equipped with the setting section 66 in which the recording medium M is set and an input section in which the kinds of the recording medium M from 1st to n-th are input, respectively, in connection with the anchoring processing order of the recording medium M of n pieces (n is the natural number of two or more).
While indicating near the setting section 66 the kind of the 1st recording medium M which has been input after performing an inputting into the input section, after finishing the anchoring processing of the recording medium M which has been set by the k-th (k is the natural number from 1 to n-1) in the setting section 66, an indication section (LED67) for indicating the kind of the (k+1)-th recording medium M which has been input is provided.
