Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a heat conduction sheet having low compressive force and excellent heat conductivity, and a heat conduction sheet.SOLUTION: A heat conduction sheet includes an acrylic polymer, 70 to 75 volume% of high soda alumina, and 2.7 to 5.3 volume% of magnesium hydroxide having a particle size smaller than that of the high soda alumina and coated with higher fatty acid, and the compressive force required for deformation with compressibility of 20% or less is 200 N or less, and the thermal resistance is 0.45°C/W or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
