Abstract:

To provide a heat-conductive resin molded product prepared by blending a heat-conductive filler or the like in resin and restrained from lacking of the heat-conductive filler or the like blended in resin.

This heat-conductive resin graphite composite is prepared by dispersing graphitized carbon fiber in a solution dissolving thermoplastic resin or a conductive polymer with water or an organic solvent, caking the carbon fiber from the solution by a sedimentation method or a suction method, and curing and molding the cake. It is preferable to carry out curing and molding after impregnating voids of the obtained cake with a thermosetting resin composition.
