Abstract:
To provide a heat-conductive sheet which is less likely to be torn off during usage.SOLUTION: A heat-conductive sheet contains a resin and a particulate filler, and has heat conductivity in a thickness direction of 12 W/m K or more, in which the resin contains a crosslinked resin, and in measurement of a sheet strength on a main surface of the heat-conductive sheet, a sheet strength in a main in-plane direction Y vertical to a main in-plane direction X with the highest sheet strength is 1.0 N/mm2 or more, and the number of micropores that penetrate through the heat-conductive sheet in a thickness direction and have a pore diameter of 48 μm or more and 500 μm or less is 200 pieces or less per 1 cm2 of an area of the heat-conductive sheet in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: None
