To provide a heat conductor having a structure with good heat conductivity wherein heat conducting members are hard to cut.
Reinforcing members 10 and 11 are made of copper foil and tens of sheets of silver foil stacked one above another are sandwiched between the sheets of copper foil 10 and 11. Pressure contact members 5b and 5d are made of copper.
