Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress variations of temp. of a keeping sheet especially in the interior of a furnace, and temp. of the sheet at the tapping side of the furnace and to keep stable quality, in a heat control system for baking a coated metallic sheet.
CONSTITUTION: The furnace is divided into one or plural regions and when the amount of heat required for each region is calculated independently of each region, the sum of the amounts of heat of one or plural numbers of the groups consisting of the amount of heat required for elevating the temp. of a solid content in the coating material applied just before the baking furnace and the amount of heat required for elevating the temp. of a volatile matter in the coating material is calculated, as the amount of heat required for a coating film required accompanied with the change of the state of the coating film.
