Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat conveyor for conveying cold heat or hot heat by circulating refrigerant in which the quantity of circulating refrigerant is regulated appropriately while shortening the time required for regulation.
SOLUTION: Outdoor circuits (21) of two outdoor units (29a, 29b) are connected in parallel to form a secondary circuit (20). A pump circuit (30) is provided with bypass piping (45) having one end connected with first and second supply/discharge pipes (41, 42). Under a state where the first outdoor unit (29a) is not operating during heating operation, refrigerant circulates between an indoor unit (22) and the second outdoor unit (29b). At the time of regulating the quantity of refrigerant circulating through the secondary circuit (20), a first or second bypass solenoid valve (SV-1, SV-2) and a third tank reducing solenoid valve (SV-3) are opened. In the first outdoor unit (29a), main tanks (T1, T2) are pressurized by gas refrigerant in a gas side connecting pipe (28), and liquid refrigerant in the main tanks (T1, T2) is fed to a liquid side connecting pipe (27) through the bypass piping (45).
