PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive heat cooker in which working manhour can be reduced and a danger of burn can be evaded by providing a metallic cover which covers the contact plane of a front frame of synthetic resin covering the peripheral part of an aperture part with a door.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic cover 30 is mounted on the front frame 20 by covering the surface of an inner frame 20b by a connected connection piece 32 and a bent side 33. When the aperture part at the front of a cooking stocker 4 is closed with the door, the neighborhood at the upper side of a glass window 12 is brought into contact with the abutting plane 31 of themetallic cover 30. The radiant heat of a heater 13 heats the cooking stocker 4 while performing cooking, and furthermore, the heat of the cooking stocker 4 is transmitted to an outer case 3. Even a part in the neighborhood of the front of the outer case 3 located near to the heater 13 is heated to a high temperature of about 200°C. However, since the aperture part 5a of the cooking stocker 4 is covered with the front frame 20 of synthetic resin that is a poor conductor for heat, fingers and hands are prevented from being burned due to contact with the operature. Also, since the surface of the front frame 20 is reinforced by the metallic cover 30, thermal deformation is hard to occur.
