PURPOSE: To prevent a poor cooking result and to improve an operational stability, by constituting a heating chamber temperature detecting type automatic heat-cooking utensil such tat a heating section may be brought into suspended state upon a heating chamber temperature being raised to a preset upper limit that can affect on the heat-cooking result of foodstuff.
CONSTITUTION: A heating chamber 2 has its temperature at the base plate 2b thereof detected by a heat sensitive element 21 and then inputted to a control section 10. The control section 10 functions to render a magnetron 4 inoperative upon a temperature 21 detected being elevated to a preset upper limit or more, and thereby preventing the utensil to cook automatically. By so doing, an infrared ray emitted from a foodstuff 6 can be correctly detected by a sensor 9 while a heat-cooking is carried out. As a result, a precise heating of the foodstuff 6 reflects on the improved cooking result of foodstuff. This also eliminates the chance of heating chamber to abormally raised state in its temperature, and thus improving an operational safety property.
