Title:
HEAT DECOMPOSITION RESIDUE SORTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3630366
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the mitigation of labor by an operator by decreasing the frequency of cleaning the screen openings of the heat decomposition residue sorting device to such an extent that the frequency is less than that of the conventional type of the device and also the improvement of the operating efficiency of sorting out a heat decomposition residue.
SOLUTION: A horizontal hollow rotator 87 which receives the heat decomposition residue originating from a heat decomposition reactor, from one end side in the axial center direction, then stores the residue and rotates, is mounted at an inclined position where the one end side in the axial center direction is higher than the other end side. Further, a plurality of the screen openings 88 are formed in the hollow rotator 87 and residue discharge apertures 101 which are more in number than the screen openings 88 and are used for discharging the heat decomposition residue not sifted down from the screen openings 88, are provided at the other end side in the axial center direction of the hollow rotator 87.
