Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an analyzing heat design method for a structure and a calculating device capable of shortening a calculating time.
CONSTITUTION: A structure is designed by considering effect on temperature fluctuation of a fluid. A process 1 in which each time mean solution of an equation of motion of a fluid and an equation of energy is numerically calculated and the low frequency component of temperature fluctuation generating on the surface of the structure temporarily designed is analyzed, a process 2 in which a false high frequency component is superimposed on the low frequency component of the temperature fluctuation, and a process 3 in which each precise solution of the equation of motion of the fluid and the equation of energy is numerically calculated by using new temperature fluctuation obtained in the process 2 as the boundary condition and the high frequency component of temperature fluctuation generating on the surface of the structure is analyzed are contained. The process 1 and the process 3 are calculated by a numerical calculation device having a controller for controlling calculating time intervals.
