Title:
HEAT-DEVELOPABLE PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL AND DEVELOPING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3907792
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the heat-developable photosensitive material good in photographic performance and superior in passableness through a heat developing machine by regulating an ANSI curl absolute value to a specified value when heat-developed.
SOLUTION: The heat-developable photosensitive material has the ANSI curl absolute value of ≥0.5 when heat-developed, preferably, in the range of 0.5-5.0, and it is preferred that it contains photosensitive silver halide, and an organic silver salt and its reducing agent on a support. It is preferred that at least one photosensitive layer containing photosensitive silver halide is provided on at least one side of the support and this layer contains a polymer latex in an amount of ≥50 weight 5 % of the total binder. As the means for controlling the curl when heat-developed, the method of controlling a coating amount of a hydrophilic polymer for coating the side of the support same as the photosensitive layer and that for mcaoating the side reverse to the photosensitive layer.
