Abstract:

To provide a heat equalizing treatment device for a heat treated body with high heat equalizing accuracy and high cleanness.

A heat treatment device for applying heat equalizing treatment to a heat treated body 12 has a heat treatment furnace 14 provided with furnace walls at the upper, lower, right, left, front and rear sides; a heater block provided at each section formed by dividing the internal wall surface of the heat treatment furnace 14 in a plurality of sections; temperature sensors 11 provided at a plurality of heater blocks; and a temperature control device 13 for controlling the heating of the heater block at a requested temperature by feeding back the temperature in the heat treatment furnace 14 detected by the temperature sensor 11.
