Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device that can improve draining performance of condensed water.SOLUTION: A heat exchange device 40 comprises: a Peltier element 52 including a heat absorbing surface 520 that absorbs heat on the basis of energization, and a heat radiating surface 521 that emits heat; a plurality of heat radiating fins 531 that dissipates heat emitted from the heat radiating surface 521 into air; and a plurality of radiational cooling fins 512 that cools air by using heat absorbing action of the heat absorbing surface 520. The plurality of radiational cooling fins 512 are arranged with a first pitch W1 in a direction α orthogonal to a flow direction s1 of air. The plurality of heat radiating fins are arranged with a second pitch W2 in the direction α orthogonal to a flow direction s2 of air.
