Abstract:
To provide a heat exchange element with high heat exchange efficiency, a manufacturing device for the heat exchange element and, a manufacturing method of the heat exchange element.SOLUTION: A heat exchange element 1A comprises: a plurality of partition plates 11 and 21 having heat conductivity and being opposed to each other while being spaced therebetween; a plurality of clearance plates 12 to 14 and 22 to 24 having a wavy corrugate shape in a direction where the partition plates 11 and 21 are opposed, disposed between the adjacent partition plates, turning a direction in which a crest portion or a valley portion of the corrugate shape extends in the same direction, disposed while being separated from each other in the direction where the crest portion or the valley portion extends, and forming a passage of a fluid while keeping a clearance of the plurality of partition plates; and a plurality of adhesive parts 15, 16, 25 and 26 respectively disposed in both ends of the partition plates 11 and 21 positioned in a direction where the crest portion and the valley portion are alternately repeated, extending in the direction where the crest portion or the valley portion extends, and adhering the adjacent partition plates 11 and 21 by closing the gap therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
