Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive heat exchange element with high heat exchange efficiency, a heat exchange unit, an element body, and the manufacturing method of the element body.
SOLUTION: In a heat exchange element 24, a heat transfer sheet 27 with a corrugated section is supported by a frame body 26, and a pair of compartment materials 28 for crossing the corrugated section is provided on both the surfaces of the heat transfer sheet 27 along the top part of the corrugation of the heat transfer sheet 27. For the compartment material 28, a part of wind paths 51 and 52 are divided between the compartment material and the heat transfer sheet 27, the inlet and outlet of the wind path are formed back and forth along a first direction A1 where top part 27m of the corrugation is extended. In a pair of the wind paths, air is set to opposite flow for increasing heat exchange efficiency. The heat exchange element 24 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a thin-type rectangular section, a pair of wind paths 51 and 52 is divided in nearly the height of the corrugation for heat exchange, and a thin, inexpensive type can be achieved. A V-shaped corrugation is inexpensive and the form is hard to collapse. Also, a spacer is not required, thus reducing weight and achieving simple structure.
