To provide a heat exchange processor for a packaging bag which can improve the heat exchange efficiency of contents in the bag without bringing separate packaging bags individually filled with and packaging the contents into direct contact with a heat treatment medium.

A roller conveyer is provided inside a heat exchange processing chamber. The conveyer is equipped with rotating rolls continuously via predetermined intervals side by side for carrying the packaging bags in a constant direction while supporting their lower surfaces, and a position for supporting the lower surface of the bag is made different vertically between the respective rotating rolls to facilitate the stirring of the contents in the packaging bags. Thus as the packaging bags are conveyed by the rotation of the respective rolls, the packaging bags are fed out while their lower surfaces deform along the surfaces different in height positions of the rolls. Therefore, the contents made of a liquid substance in the packaging bag are stirred, and the contents in the bag can be efficiently heat-exchanged.
