To provide a heat exchange ventilator in which heat and moisture discharged from the inside of a bath room to the outdoor are returned to air to be supplied from the outdoor to the indoor in the winter season or the like, heat and moisture discharged from the bath room to the outdoor are not returned to air to be supplied from the outdoor to the indoor in the summer season or the like.
A heat exchange ventilator includes a damper 6 which can perform switching to a first switch position at which air in the bath room 11 and in a living room 12 discharged to the outdoor are passed through a whole heat exchange element 3, a second switch position at which air in the living room 12 discharged to the outdoor is passed through the whole heat exchange element 3 while air in the bath room 11 is not passed through the whole heat exchange element, and a third switch position at which air in the bath room 11 and air in the living room 12 discharged to the outdoor are not passed through the whole heat exchange element 3.
