Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger aluminum plate fin material having a small friction coefficient of a surface thereof, and advantageously manufacture a cross fin tube without the disturbance of a fin pitch using such a heat exchanger aluminum plate fin material.
SOLUTION: A hydrophilic coated film is formed over the entire of the surface of an aluminum plate fin material with a hydrophilic paint containing a hydrophilic lubricating agent, and a friction coefficient on the surface with no applied oil is set to be 0.15 or less. The aluminum plate fin material is pressed to obtain an aluminum plate fin 2 in which predetermined assembling holes are formed, and the heat transfer pipe 8 is inserted into the assembling holes 6 and is expanded and fixed to the aluminum plate fin 2 to manufacture a cross fin tube.
