Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the volume, manufacturing cost, etc., of a heat exchanger device for refrigeration drier in compressed-air installation by constituting the air/air heat exchanger of the heat exchanger device of a plate heat exchanger and the refrigerant/air heat exchanger of the device of a combined tube/plate heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger device is provided with an air/air heat exchanger 1 and a refrigerant/air heat exchanger 2. The heat exchangers 1 and 2 are arranged in such a way that one of them is positioned above the other. The air/air heat exchanger 1 is constituted of a plate heat exchanger and a heat exchanger block 3 is installed for the exchanger 1. In addition, a plurality of passages is formed in the block 3 by using pluralities of spacer members 6 and 7 and plates 8. The refrigerant/air heat exchanger 2, on the other hand, is constituted of a combined tube/plate heat exchanger and a heat exchanger clock 20 is also installed for the exchanger 2.
