A metal layer 11, an insulation layer 12 containing a thin or thick film that is formed on the metal layer, a beat generation layer 14 that contains a thin-film or thick-film resistor being formed at a specific region on the insulation layer and generates heat by receiving power, and a plurality of power feed terminals 1 3a and 1 3b that are electrically connected to the resistor of the heat generation layer are provided.
