Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger capable of lightening by improving assembly work of a tube and a tank and assuring a safety.
The heat exchanger 1 comprises a core 5 having tubes 2 and fins 3, a side plate 8, and a tank 3 having an end plate 30 and a tank plate 31. In the exchanger 1, the respective members are assembled. The end plate has tube inserting holes 32 and connecting holes 38 for connecting the side plate. An interval T1 between the inserting hole and the connecting hole is the same as an interval T2 between the adjacent inserting holes. The inserting hole and the connecting hole have the same shapes. The inserting hole and the connecting hole have a guide including a protrusion 32a and a tapered part 32b.
