Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger in which the lifetime of heat exchanger tubes can be prolonged by preventing corrosion of the heat exchanger tubes even when they are used at a relatively high vapor temperature.
The heat exchanger comprises heat exchanger tubes touching high temperature gas on the outside and exchanging heat with fluid being heated passing through the inside. The heat exchanger tube comprises a steel pipe 24 and a coating layer 25 on the outer surface of the steel pipe 24 wherein at least the surface layer part of the coating layer 25 is composed of a ceramic/ metal composite material, preferably an AlN based ceramic/metal composite material.
