To provide a heat exchanger, configured so that temporary assembling operation is facilitated in manufacturing.
The heat exchanger includes: heat exchange tubes 14 arranged in parallel at intervals with the width direction being matched to longitudinal direction; and an outer fin 15 disposed each between adjacent heat exchange tubes 14. The outer fin 15 is formed by laminating a plurality of fin components 17 in the arrangement direction of the heat exchange tubes 14. The mutually adjacent fin components 17 are connected to each other at front edges or rear edges by a connection part 19. Ventilation gaps 21 are formed between the adjacent fin components 17 in the outer fin 15 and between the fin component 17 and the heat exchange tube 14 at both ends in the laminating direction.
