Assuming that one inner fin 33, out of the multiple high laminated inner fins 33, is a first inner fin 33A, and that another inner fin 33 adjacent to the first inner fin 33 is a second inner fin 33B, a projection 7 protruding toward the first inner fin 33A side is provided on the second inner fin 33B, and the projection 7 is provided with a projection plate part 71 which extends in parallel with a plate part 331 of the first inner fin 33A and also touches the plate part 331 of the first inner fin 33A.
